I am new to Power BI so I appreciate all the help I can get. I have a dashboard with a table. In the table I have the customer, net sales, gross sales and multiplier listed out for all regions. I added a top 20 customer based on my multiplier. My issue is when I have all regions displaying, my top 20 works great. But when I click on the region it only gives me the the customers what were in the top 20 as a whole so out of 300 customers - I only get maybe 4 to show up. I need to be able to have the top 20 as a whole but when the region is selected I then need to see the top 20 for that region. How can I accomplish this? Thank you for your help.
The top pic shows what I have with Region ALL. When I select a region as in the bottom pic you can see how it jumps and only shows the top 20 that were in the region based on all. I need it to show me the top 20 based within the region when a region is selected.
Hi,
Here's an idea. Create a rank measure. Drag the rank measure to the filters section and apply a condition with <=20. To get more specific help, share the link from where i can download your workbook.
Can you post your current measures and describe basic model layout? Or provide sample file to look at?
