Hi,
I have a column Chart with two types of values. One is shown in green and the other one in yellow.
Now I want the tooltip background color to match the value color. So if you hover over a green value the tooltip background is green and if you hover over a yellow value the tooltip background is yellow.
Is this possible?

You can create a card and use conditional formatting for background colour. After that just put it on a new page and use as a tooltip on your visual.
