Conditional Hierarchy Measure

Hi Guys,

I need to make a table with a hierarchy like TOTAL COUNTRY --> REGION --> SUBREGION .

The filter is on Region but I have to keep fix the first row and show always the TOTAL COUNTRY. 

(Now when I'm filtering TOTAL COUNTRY is equal to REGION)

Any idea how to do that ? 

TOTAL COUNTRY    10000 

    REGION                   500

       SUBREGION           100
