Conditional Formatting

Version: 2.114.864.0 64-bit (February 2023)

With the above version of PBI, anytime I try and apply conditional formatting, the pop-up selection is being presented in the wrong size regardless what % zoom I have selected in PBI. This make is difficult or impossible to select or enter the appropiate formatting

Below is an examples of what I see.
