Two records per one row (row merging)

Hi All,

I need to achieve the result like in the screenshot.

I mean - at the level of one category I need to see two rows with measures (a bit like in Excel where we can merge two rows).

Is it possible to achieve the same effect in Power BI?
If not - what would be the alternative?
