Conditional Formatting

Hi there,

I'm trying to use conditional formatting in Power BI. Is it less sophisticated than Excel or can I do the same thing?

For example in Excel I'm using this formula: =Variance!D5>D$33

Can I do the same in Power BI or is it not possible to refer to cells in a table?

Thank you!

Hi,

it's not possible to refer to a cell you'd have to create a measure to get the value you want then refer to that in the conditional formatting calculation.
