Conditional Formatting on Cell value

Hi All,

I am new to the Power BI. I am struggling to get the desired result on BI which I can get easily with excel thought Custom format with "0.0_);[Red](0.0)".

I have a table with the following data. I want to create conditional formatting for the cell value as per below result. On the Result I want to get the negative value with Red color and parenthesis and same for the Percentage as mentioned below. 

Help will be appreciated.
