When would I use Rule and when would I use field? Does it matter if it is a Measure?

In short,
- if you have created a measure for the conditional formatting, then you have to select Field Value as Format Style and choose your measure;
- if you don´t have any measure for the conditional formatting, then you have to select Rules as Format Style, choose the column you want to format and settting some rules using the field parameters

Great Article. Gave me a simple measure to modify for foreground color. This let me use the field option.
