Conditional Formatting in Metric

I am Trying to create a Matrix table with Conditional Fomratting in the fields. What I am looking here is how to not to color blank values. Right now its taking all values into consdertation

Create conditional formatting as below:

Then you can format blank row style under the value format.

@Anonymous, Create a color measure and use that with "Field" Option.
