Conditional Formatting for the bar or line chart was removed from the most updated PBI Desktop?

Has anyone noticed the  "Conditional Formatting" for the bar or line chart was removed from the most updated PBI Desktop? If yes, any workaround? 

Previously I was looking for Color Schema for Assigning a color to Column Values and using Conditional Formatting did do the trick for a workaround but now it's removed. Any advice? Thanks

@Anonymous , Are you saying it is not visible under the new format pane ?

Disable that and check 

File -> Options and setting -> option -> preview feature -> new format pane

Disable and check. Few names and category name has changed in new format pane

It came back!!!

However, only for Bar Chart without Legend. I have to remove the Product from the Legend to get the conditional formatting. Do you know if Microsoft is planning to roll out update for color schema for assigning color (in my example, assign RED to Product A, Green Product B, etc in the Product Name column) for any visual?
