Hi,
I've a matrix which shows "Discount Band", the number of rows for each band and the percentage of the total. In addition, I've specfied the conditional formatting for the icons to as below. But the icons didn't turn out correctly.
I've changed the percentage in the conditional formatting to number but it didn't turn out correctly as well.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can update the setting of conditional formatting as below screenshot, please find the details in the attachment.
1. What field should we base this on? Choose [%CT Count of Rows]
2. Rules options: change using Percent to Number
Best Regards
Hi @Anonymous ,
You are not configuring conditional formatting on the right column.
The screenshot suggests you are doing based on Count of Rows:
The number type in the conditional formatting needs to be on the column as shown below:
How can this column have something like 0 to 0.25 which you are defining in the conditional formatting window. This is where things are going wrong.
Correct your conditonal formating rules based on the Coount of Rows column in your original dataset.
Hi Pragati,
But my user requirement is for conditional formatting of icon to be on the percentage column. Pls there any solution for this? Thks!
Specify percentage value like 0.35 for 35% , 0.22 for 22% and onward in rules

Thks Yingyinr, I guess I will need to create a new measure like what u've suggested as a work around. I hope that Microsoft will take note of this
