Conditional Formatting based on Bars of another Chart

Hi Community,

i am trying to figure out how I can format a visual var chart based on another bar chart. So i have plans and actuals numbers in two different tables.

The visual with the plan numbers describe how many days a step should max take. The visual with the actual describes how many days it takes actually. As i have different groups with different targets i have a slicer, which changes between the groups, this is the reason why i wanted it based on the max plan numbers.

If it takes longer than the plan the bar shall appear green, if it takes less time or exact this time, than the bar should appear red. Here an example:

I tried it by using the conditional formatting rules - based on the column "Max of Target in Days" (this is the name of the columns in the plan table). But i don't find the correct rules .. can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Change your thought process to "format a visual based on the data in the current filter context".  Create a text measure that yields "red"  or "green" based on the data, then apply to the bar chart.
