Conditional Formatting a Matrix to Compare within Matrix Column

VK3_0-1703000107133.png

Instead of Icons displying in all three Q's, I  need it only in Q2 and Q3. Also, the icons should be displayed with respect to Q1 values. For Eg. in Row a (with q1 value, q2 should have green arrow and q3 should have red arrow). Is this possible?

Hi @VK3

I have understood about your problem, here is the solution I offer:

Based on the style you provided, this seems to be a table and not a matrix. You can create a table visual

Right-click on the column you want to add an icon to and select the “Icons” under “Conditional formatting”.

Here you can add rules to display icons, add rules for Q1, Q2, and Q3 respectively

Here is the result

I think, Q1 still displays icon, also it should go with matrix, as I need categorization at Q level
