Hello,
I have three measures in table view.
1st is the Amount, 2nd Amount MTD and 3rd is the % of Goals which is (Amount/Amount MTD)*100.
I want to set conditional format on % of Goals.... If it is less than 99% then color as red if it is 100 then black.
I don't know how to set color red if the value is less than 100%.
Thanks.

This solution will not work for me I guess.
I need color red if it is less than 100.
If I use this diverging color even my highest value is 10 it gives color white for 10 as it is the max value.
Can I give particular value like less than 100 then only red??
Please explain Color and Values Again because you talk about red, white, black
Example:
Value Color
Hi,
Here is the data in the column
100%
98%
30%
4%
-23%
-100%
So, I want to give color red for all these rows except for first 100% .
Thanks
