I'm trying to create two rules for one column in a table and can't figure out how to get them both functional.
What I would like to see:
I was able to get #1 working using a suggestion from the forum (but the logic seems weird to me). I can't figure out why #2 is behaving like #1 as seen below. (For the 11 rows seen in this photo, I want the first 3 to be blank, the next 6 to be red, and the last 2 to be yellow). Can anyone help me?

You've changed the Summarization to Count which is not what you want.
Hi @Anonymous ,
I agree with @HotChilli , your Summarization is not correct, please check our differences.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
If it still does not solve your problem, please provide me with the pbix file, be careful to remove sensitive information, and do not log in to your account in Power BI Desktop when uploading the pbix file.

Hi Yang!
Thank you for your quick reply! Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. When I implemented your solution, this is the result I got (they all turned red). Thoughts?
