Hello, I am applying conditional formatting to a scorecard I've built but the formatting isn't behaving as expected for a column of data in the PERCENTAGE format.
As per my image below, values of 96% should be green, but the January entry is coming through red, and the February is coming though green, and I'm not sure why! Please can someone help? Many Thanks

Hi CMoppet,
Try setting your rules as values instead of percentages. For example, instead of >= 95 Percent and <= 100 Percent, use >= .95 Number and <= 1 Number instead.
Percentage does something different than what you're thinking. Check this Microsoft resource out for further details.
