Hello Everyone,
I need help on how to do conditional formatting based on rules that changes based on the slicer selection.
For example, if the slicer selection is A, I want to highlight values > 15. If the slicer selection is B, I want to highlight values > 8. If the slicer selection is C, I want to highlight values > 12.
I'm using a matrix visual. Appreciate if anyone can help me. Thank you in advance. 😊
Solved! Go to Solution.
In the dax formula, start with a variable to harvest the slicer sélection using selectedvalue.
In a second Var you put the conditions.
Measure =
VAR _sel = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[SlicerColumn])
VAR _value = SUM('FactTable'[Value])
VAR _result = SWITCH(
TRUE(),
_sel = "A" && _value > 15, "red",
_sel = "B" && _value > 8, "red",
_sel = "C" && _value > 12, "red",
"black"
)
RETURN _result
And you use this dax for the cond formatting of the font.
