I am just wondering if it is feasible to create a conditional dynamic text in power bi report.
Decreased or increased are the conditions.
The name of the month is a variable.
For example, you have a monthly trending graph that shows the monthly sold apples and monhly sold oranges.
I am looking for a text box like this:
"The overall apple sales rate for the $variable month has either decreased or increased by ...% in comparison to the preceding month.
The overall orange sales rate for the $variable month has either decreased or increased by ...% compared to the previous month."

It is possible, you just need to create a combined measure and put it on a card:
