Concurrent access in the same PBIX file
Dears, In our company, we have two person that are editing the same PBIX file, at the same time.
How can we handle this situation?
There is any way to control it for the two users d'ont miss their changes?

Anonymous , unfortunately not. Each user will need to have exclusive access to the PBIX file if they want to make any changes. If two users both make changes to their own copy of the main PBIX file, there is no way that I know of to merge the two changes together.

Hi Anonymous ,
If you're referring to PBIX for Power BI Desktop, only one person is allowed to edit locally. The content in PBIX is irrelevant in everyone's hands until it is published to Power BI Service.
If you are referring to Power BI Service reports,,you can add your colleague to the workspace where the report is located or create a new workspace. You must set your colleague's role to a role other than viewer and grant him permission to edit the dataset. In this case, different people can view the report and edit it at the same time, but when they edit it, the unsaved report is not updated in real time and it can overwrite other people's actions or make other people's actions meaningless in the current report.
If you want to achieve your needs, you can submit an idea on the Power BI Idea forum and wait for users who share your needs to vote for you to help you implement the feature as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang
