I am hoping someone can help me with this issue 🙂
I have 3 conditional colums I created to determine if a column has been completed on or before the "Client Due Date" that return one of the following 3 values "null", "SLA Achieved", "SLA missed"
These columns are named
-SLA CBO
-SLA Completed
-SLA Cancels
If all 3 of the conditional columns above return "null" and it is currently AFTER the "Client Due Date" I need to return "Open - SLA Missed".
If all 3 of the conditional columns above return "null" and it is currently ON OR BEFORE the "Client Due Date" I need to return "Open - Within SLA".
@speterson ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
