Comparing true/false for text, error

Hi, 

I simply want to see if these to if-conditions are true. Both are set as text:
= IF(

CS_ApprovalDocumentApprovalEntries[SequenceNo] = "2" &

RELATED(purchaseDocuments[status]) = "Pending Approval";"Ja";"Nej")

But I get this message "DAX comparison operations do not support comparing values of type True/False with values of type Text. Consider using the VALUE or FORMAT function to convert one of the values."

You used & instead of &&

& is the text concatenation operator
