Comparing measures with standard values using Matrix

Hello, I'm a complete noob in Power BI, and I'm having no look finding what examples of what I'm trying to do (which I imagine is very simples). I'm trying to do a quick summary of some data, considering it's value over the last week, month, year and 5 years. I put then into a Matrix and now would like to compare with pre-defined values. The problem is: I don't know how should I go about merging these informations. At the moment it is looking like this. The column headers are the measures, the row headers are the periods (I defined then in my Time Table - comparing today with the date in the table). What I'm looking for is to add another row with the expected values.

To give an example: considering the first columns ("conciliacao manual (MA-2)") has it's value as 74,85% in the last 7 days, 42% in the last 30 days, 8,88% in the last year and 19% in the last 5 years; our goal is for it to go down to 5% (yeah, not having a good time with it). So I'd like to add a new row with this expected value; and do the same for every other measure, so I can compare then and see if things are going smooth or not. Here's what it would look like in Excel

period_date_5yMA-2MI-2MS-1MA-1MI-1MS-2MI-1MI-3MS-2
07 days75%286,33%4,7117,64%7,69%129,4300
30 days42,40%265326,36%9,84,46%27,01%363,6483
1 year8,88%7576764,63%30,860,31%2,18%1399,54155
5 years19,06%15569489,20%25,620%0,17%0113
Expected Value5%05%01%1%241-1

Any ideas would be apreciated.

To be a little bit clearer: How should I input the expected values in my power BI (considering that they have different formats) and be able to add then in the same matrix as the other data. Should I built a new table in power query? If so, how would I make the matrix understand that the values should be related to the measures especified? (since they are measures, I cannot create a relation between then, right? - and since these measures come from 8 different tables, I can't find a way to put then in a way to create a relation). Is there any other solutions? I have considered other solutions, such as using SUMMARIZE, but again, I don't have an especific table to get these measures from.

Thx in advance.

I tried a couple of strategys (including creating a second table and putting it backwards in my visual), but ended up deciding to drop the idea, and simply work with KPI instead, it wasn't my initial goal, but it ended up serving it's purpose.

That's a rather ambitious project for a noob.  You may have to create a separate disconnected reference table with the five bucket values (as text)  and then modify your measures to use SWITCH() statements and to calculate according to each bucket.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to assist you. Avoid posting screenshots of your source data if possible.

Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided. Screenshots of the expected outcome are ok.
