Compare a column based on date range

Hello everyone,
I have a requirement where i need to show the comparision between SUM(Count) and their Work based on 2 date ranges.
I found this topic to be very helpful but i am unable to create a previous date measure.

Where i want compare the SUM(Count) between 2 date ranges based on this heirrarchy.Please help me to achieve the below comparision.
