Combining Two Columns

Hello Everyone,

I am working with a data set where I have two columns in the table as "First Name" and "Last Name". Now I want to create a column in the same table as Full Name, where the above mentioned columns will combined and show the data.

Is it possible? If yes, then please guide me how to do that.
