Combining Excel files: Error

I would like to combine a number of Excel files (around 4,000). In fact the pbix file was created some time ago, and I just need to refresh it.

 

At certain point of the refresh process it stops and I receive the following message:

Could you please give me a hand with resolving this error.

@Anonymous Based on the error message, I guess your excel files has some missing column names which were present initially. Now when you are refreshing they might not be present or renamed.
