Combing Slicer Values

Hi All,

I have the below slicer. I need to combine the firsst 4 values as one checkbox, next two as another checkbox and next three as another checkbox. How do I acheive the same?

If the values are always going to be the same I'd just look to use the grouping feature on the field that you're putting into the slicer, and then put the group into the slicer instead
