Combine two calculated tables

Hey there

i got two calculated tables. 

- Upcoming Birthday

- Upcoming Jubilees

... each table has two relevant columns

- date of the event

- text/message (Tomorrow, Personx is becoming x years old)(Today, Persony celebrates his 5th company jubilee)

-> now i want two combine these two tables, in order to use it in 1 visual. The 4 columns should be combined into two (The date column should be used for sorting the entries):

24.10.2022 | Today, Persony celebrates his 5th company jubilee

25.10.2022 | Tomorrow, Personx is becoming x years old

....
