Combine multiple excel files having different number of columns

I have a task to combine excel files which are having different number of Columns and Column Names.

When I try to combine the files, the columns which are not present in the first file are nor reflecting in the data.

 

I have a masterfile/list in which name of all the possible coumns are present.
