I have 3 Matrix visual with same column headers as below.
Now, I need to combine them into a single Matrix visual in below format.
Note: All of these Row are calculated Metrics.

I create three tables and make them become three matrix visuals.
Then I think you can go to Power Query and choose Append Queries.
Finally you can let the new table become a matrix.

Add all your measures to the values area. Then change the settings to "show values on rows"
