Combine data from sharepoint folder and get messure total for diffrent monthproperty

Hello All , 

anyone have idea about after combine the data i want to create messure for the month. 

and also i want to sub total for all column value ? is it possible to calculate total from column 4 to column 2. 

require something like this 123/52 is the example of column 4 and column 2 like this i want to calculate the whole data. 

last 2 column is in percentage. one more thing there is property so need to calculate by property .
