I would like to add a line at 2020Q3 to indicate when an event (work from home!) occurred. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Hi, @Anonymous
You can add a line as a constant value or max/min/average/median value of the column values in the Power BI column chart, just go to the “Analytics” panel of the chart, like this:
What’s more, you can also check if the Combo chart in Power BI can meet your requirement, please refer to this document:

Go to Analytics portion of Visualizations Pane.
Add X-Axis Constant Line, Rename the line to event you want to represent, pick the colors and pick the date you want to show it on and Walla, you have a verticle line showing the event on your visual. Worked perfectly for me!

I was looking for a vertical line or marker (date related) rather than horizontal (value related.) But thank you; I did find a work-around 🙂
what was the work around?
