Column sorting

Hello everyone,

Why can't I initially sort the "KPI" column by the "ORDER" column, because of the repeated data?

But when I remove duplicates, I manage to sort.

And when I exclude the removal of duplicates, does the "KPI" column remain ordered by the "ORDER" column even with the duplicates?

if you want to sort KPI 1 by column Order which order should be taken 1 or 3? It's the same with KPI 2: 2 or 4?

The sort order must be distinct!

The classification in this last image is correct, there are duplicates for the KPI, but they are different calculations.

My question is why the KPI column does not sort on the first attempt, but only when removing as duplicates and subsequently excluding a duplicate removal step with it left in order.
