Column showing blank instead of its data

I'm trying to import data from a sharepoint list, however when the data is imported 1 columns which is supposed to contain names shows as blank whiles the other columns populates their respective data. 

Would anyone know why this is happening and what i can do to fix it?

Like the datatype of the column?

@rajulshah The data type for the column is person and now loads with IDnumbers. how can i get the actual names of the individuals since i need that to connect another table
