Hi @unnijoy ,

Is it blank on both Power BI Desktop and Service? What is the data type of the column?

If it is the Date\Time type, please check if it is the same as described in the article.

And if the type is Boolean, please refer to Visualization BLANK after refreshing page in Power BI service .

Hi @v-kkf-msft ,

The data type is Text. The data is available in the Excel file. But when i load it to powerbi desktop those two column is coming as blank. I am updating the file on a monthly basis. This issue happen when i load the latest month data. The previous month data is coming perfectly. Only two clolum got this issue. Data for the rest of the colums are coming perfect.

Hi @unnijoy ,

You may click 'Refresh' button to check if there is still no data loaded. Then you may go to 'Power Query Editor' to see if the each step of the query return all data you want. You may also recreate a new query connected to excel and check if you can import all the data.

Do you have an Expand table step in your query? If so, I suspect the column was renamed in your source and the Expand step is referencing the previous name.

hi @mahoneypat ,

I checked that already. But no change in that.
