Hi,
I've appended to tables (loaded from excel) with the same amount of column and name. There's no trouble executing it, but the column "Price" changes the type number format to text format and I can't change it back manual.
Does anyone know why could this happen or how to solve it?
Thank you,

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can check it in the original tables.
Couldn’t you change the data type in Transform->Data Type in Query Editor , as well in Modeling->Data type in Report view or Data view?
Best Regards,
Amy

Hi Amy,
That was the first thing i've tried but i saw no results, maybe was because the changes didn't apply at first. Later i reopened the file and the format type was correct (numeric). I think that was all.
Thank you very much for the help.
Regards.

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can enter into Query Editor, click on your query, find the "Changed Type" step, then change the " type text " to "Int64.Type "
