Is there any way that I can see what columns from my tables that I am using in the visuals on my dashboards? I cant seem to find the explore data tab I have been directed to. I have the latest verrsion of the desktop

You could try showing as a table to show what fields are used.

@cvjf3 , if you talking about March -2023 version desktop, both visual and data pane should show that
In case you are taking about power bi service dashboard, then you have go to report to check that
