Dear all,
I have a simple table below. The total Value is from the sum of varying products.
Year | Total Value |
2018 | 100 |
2019 | 50 |
I would like to set a target line based of 90% of 2018 Value accross both columns which can then adapt based on the filtered product.
@mdjoshua94 It will be easier if you share pbix file using one drive/google drive with the expected output. Remove any sensitive information before sharing.

@mdjoshua94 assuming Total Value is a measure, add the following measure:
Target Line =
CALCULATE ( [Total Value], Table[Year] = 2018 ) * .90

I think it works to a certain extend.
When I tried to replicate this for target line against months, I get a zig zag instead of a straight line. Why does the FY becomes 2 consistent value but not the same for the months :(?
