Colour bar with highest sales in yearly hierarchy

Hi, 

I am trying to dynamically change the colour of the highest value by year/quarter or Month. Meaning that when I drill up to the year level, I want the year with the highest sales to go green. When I drill down to quarter I want the quarter and so on.  Is that Possible?
