Colour Coding in Table Based on Data That's In a Different Data Table

Hi -

I have two different data tables that are joined via a many-to-one relationship - "TimeData" and "HR HC".

In the HR HC data table, I have a field for whether or not an employee works at a site location, but that field is not in the TimeData data table. My question(s) are:

1. Is there a way to bring the data from the HR HC data table into the TimeData table?

2. If not, is there a formula that can be written that says basically "If X employee has 'YES' in the Site Location field, then colour that employee's name purple in the table on the dashboard?"

Hi @dcohare 

If your tables are linked by a relationship you shouldn't need to bring data from one tabel to another.  You should just use that relationship to show the data you want in a visual.

Without actually seeing your data it's very hard to understand what it is you are trying to do.  Can you please supply some data and the result you want to see.
