Color formatting

Dear all,

I have created a measure as below in a matrix visual

Variance diff = IF( [Variance] < [22-23 % on sale], UNICHAR(129137),UNICHAR(129139))

which displays up arrow or down arrow in a column.

I want to color the down arrow as red and up arrow as green.

How to achieve that.

Pls help.

The two icons are called "ColoredArrowDownGreen" and "ColoredArrowUpRed"
