Color coding is working perfect except when to apply any slicer or filter

Dear Team, 

It's a strange problem here that color coding in working in report normally but it's giving wrong results when choosing slicer/s.

The attached screenshots is showing the difference before and after. 

Please advise as target for example for the first column is 90%.
