Color Conditioning in Area Chart

Hi All!

I'm looking to see if there is a way to color condition based on the total calculation in an area chart. So, if I'm doing a division calculation, broken up by months, I'd like the entire line chart to turn red or green based on the total divison rather than the latest division if that makes sense. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how it's done?

I am thinking to create measure to be used in conditional format. But not sure whether it is supported with your current situation. Can you provide a sample with image to visually explain this.

Hi @Anonymous, apologies for the delay in my response. I'm hoping to color code the entire area chart based on the total calculation. I developed a quick example here. So taking this example, if the goal were to bring the total calculation to below 0.10, the chart will stay red (since it's 0.44 right now) until it reaches 0.09. Does that make sense? If so, how can this be done?

To further elaborate, I'd like to specifically compare the total calculation to my own goal. So say, the total division (not at all considering the dates) is $2.3M, and my goal is to have $3M or less. That means I'm meeting my goal and want the entire line chart to highlight green. If my total division is $4M, then I wouldn't be meeting my goal and want the entire line chart to highlight red. Thanks in advance!
