Coding through map row level security

I want to map some user under defined role through coding, Here defined rol is nothing but Manage role option,

So, how its possible

If we understand your question correctly, you want to hard code a user into the solution.

This isn't the best way to do this, is it possible for you to add the user manually to the Manage role.

Perhaps through Active Directory?
