Coding help, deduct certain points from key measures - doubling points

The current card should be showing 3 but its showing 6 and I at first thought it was summarizing it but I can't figure out why or how to shut it off....

Card formula is a measure and the DAX code is:

if(ISBLANK([SCV]+[Memo]), 0,([SCV]+[Memo]*5))
*****Note: I want SCV to deduct -1 and Memo to deduct -5. The total for February should be -3 based on SCV. The total for the year should be 6. The card is showing 6.

    Hi  Courtb86 ,

    Ritaf1983 , thanks for your concern about this case. I find something based on the user's requirement and implemented the result. Please check if there is anything that can be improved. Here is my solution:

    I think you can try the DAX code below.

    Measure = IF(ISBLANK([SCV]+[Memo]), 0, ([SCV]*-1) + ([Memo]*-5))

    But I'm not sure about the data in your table or what specific results you're trying to present, so if you can provide me with specific data and information, I'll look deeper into it.

    Best Regards
