Click on Tile to Navigate through Report

Is there a way to be able to click on a tile, and it take you automatically to a new tab?

For dashboard tile, you could change the default hyperlink for a tile to get it.

For report, as a workaround, you could create a text and set hyperlink for the different report to get it
