Charticulator in PB desktop RS - can not change color mapping in custom scales after update

Hi there, everybody,

I am facing an issue regarding Charticulator custom scales. The problem started after I updated Power BI Desktop RS to the January 2025 version. Since then, I have not been able to change scale color mappings in my custom charts.

What I have already tried:

1. I tried updating the Charticulator visual (currently running on v. 1.6.2.0), but with no results.
2. I tried using the "Save scale" button, but it is not working for me.
3. I tried creating a new independent scale—no results.
4. I even considered deleting the old scale and creating it from scratch, but there is no such option in Charticulator.

In other words, I am running out of ideas, and I really need to fix this. There are a lot of live dashboards and reports that are currently usable but not very pretty.

Can somebody please suggest something?
