Do we have any power bi custom chart in which user can create ranges at run time for which values should be aggregated?

In this chart users can created their own buckets at run time , This has many other features as well like helps users analyse data by creating X Axis buckets/ category themselves which means users can define at what bucket level they want to aggregate numbers .
