Chart for Library Student Occupency Chart

I have study library of 70 seating capacity. All data is only in this sheet.

I want to create a chart in which I get libraray seat occupancy status by colour. Whenever seat is occupied then Green colour else Red colour. If a seat with Full shift, is displayed by large circle and if with Morning or Evening shift is displayed by small circle, and inside the circle seat number.

Status is automatically update when column J's date gone.

Below I attached the screenshot of chart which I want and my a small specimen of my data. Data is manually filled by me as and when student come and deposit fee. I want chart is update automatically as per data.

Hi @MayAnk__Rathi  ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Excel’s Bubble Chart feature is well-suited for your needs, such as varying circle sizes by shift, using colors to represent occupancy status, and displaying seat numbers within the bubbles. For more specific guidance on implementing this in Excel, I recommend posting your question in an Excel-focused forum.

Hi @MayAnk__Rathi

I don't think a visual for such as exist. This can be a good use-case for DAX-generated SVG images. Things missing: how are the circles split into columns and rows? By which dimensions? Also, please post a workable sample data, not an image. A link to an Excel file hosted in the cloud will do or the pbix itself. Who wants to  be manually typing the data in order to help someone for free?

Student data is manually filled, but chart automatically change as per data.

  1. Big circle means shift for full day
  2. Small circle means shift of morining or evening time.
  3. Circle automatically change shape as per shift.
  4. In chart each row having fixed 10 seats.
  5. Red circle denotes seat is vacant while green circle denotes occupied seat.

Here below I attach screenshot of sample data. In right side of screenshot, have attach a sample of chart which I want, if you change something change in chart then no issue.

Unable to send you copy of excel sheet.

Like I've mentioned, please don't make us manually type the data. There are mutliple ways to share it other than to paste a picture.

In chart each row having fixed 10 seats. But how do you know which seat goes to which circle, row?
