Chart for Library Student Occupency Chart

Excel’s Bubble Chart feature is well-suited for your needs, such as varying circle sizes by shift, using colors to represent occupancy status, and displaying seat numbers within the bubbles. Like I've mentioned, please don't make us manually type the data. There are mutliple ways to share it other than to paste a picture.
In chart each row having fixed 10 seats. But how do you know which seat goes to which circle, row?
