Chart displaying hierarchy at the top level

I have created a chart that shows total sales and includes a hierarchy Country, State, City.

I can drill down from Country into State.  Is it possible to display the global view (all sales) and drill through to country, state and then city.

AFAIK, power bi not support display multiple level summary on data label.

For you requirement. you can consider to create a custom report tooltip to display top level summary.
